Throughout his career, Anthony was holding key HR roles at such organizations as the Royal Bank of Canada, Delta Hotels and Resorts, and Gate Gourmet. From 2005 to 2017, he worked as a Workforce Specialist at the Royal Bank of Canada, where he managed employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring that HR processes were aligned with organizational goals.
