This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect about you when you visit our websites, or otherwise interact with us (for example, by contacting us directly). actiTIME, we and us refers to actiTIME Inc., and any of our corporate affiliates.

Please note that this Privacy Policy only applies where we process your personal information that you leave on our websites. It does not apply to our software products (“Products”) where we process personal information on behalf of your organization.
When we provide our Products to organizations, that Organization is data controller, and actiTIME is data processor as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data contained within the Products is collected and supplied by the Organization, and not by actiTIME.
Please direct any data privacy requests related to the use of Products to your Organization. For more information, please see Application Service Agreement that is signed when actiPLANS service is purchased.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Products and websites or otherwise provide actiTIME with your personal data.

Personal and corporate contact information
We collect information about you when you do one or more of the following on our website:
