How secure is my data in actiPLANS?

Your data is safely stored in our secure data centers provided by Amazon Web Services. We protect your data by a firewall and back it up daily. Access to your actiPLANS account is secured with an encrypted communication channel and latest security certificates.
Where does my data reside?

Our users' data is hosted by Amazon Web Services and is physically located in Germany and the United States for our European and non-European customers respectively.
Can I have my data removed from your cloud storage?

Absolutely. If you need your data removed from our servers, please submit a request to support@actiplans.com and our support team will be happy to assist. We can also send you a copy of your data before removing it if necessary.
